According to New Zealand regulations, the speed of all mopeds should not exceed 50 kilometers per hour. However, we do offer the option to remove the speed cap, allowing the moped to go over 50 kilometers per hour. It’s important to note that once modified, it will no longer be classified as a moped. This decision and responsibility remain yours.
