Michelin’s Silica Technology provides a silica-based rubber compound with shark-tooth sipes to give this scooter tire an excellent grip on wet or slippery surfaces. Braking distance comparison testing in 2019 showed the City Grip 2 tyre achieving remarkably short braking distances in the wet.
